    Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

    Salary: $155,000 to $170,000

    Hours: 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Monday-Friday. Requires to work onsite

     

    Direct-Hire Permanent Opportunity

    CPA Job Responsibilities:

    + Work closely with the President and CEO to run day-to-day accounting operations.

    + Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and cash flow.

    + Perform bank reconciliations, wire transfers, and financial reporting.

    + Establish standard financial processes and procedures.

    + Interface with suppliers and customers on financial matters.

    + Support company initiatives with financial analysis and attention to detail.

    CPA Job Requirements:

    + CPA (NY) required, with a license transferable to NJ.

    + 10+ years of total experience, with at least 5 years as an Accountant.

    + Strong background in finance, experience with IPOs preferred.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, QuickBooks, SAP Concur, Salesforce, and Abacus.
