    System One (Sapulpa, OK)


    Manufacturing Manager

     

    + O&G equipment fabrication experience.

    + H eavy assembly experience, both electrical (assembling the electrical control systems) and general assembly (welding nozzles, flanges, etc. to the vessel).

    What You’ll Do:

    + Lead and organize operations across various manufacturing departments

    + Manage workforce capacity, budgets, and performance to meet quality and delivery targets

    + Drive safety, continuous improvement, and process efficiency initiatives

    + Oversee job, space, tooling, and equipment planning to maximize productivity

    + Provide leadership in employee training and development

    + Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders

    + Review employee timecards and conduct performance reviews

    + Maintain an organized and safe work environment

    Requirements:

    + 10+ years of experience in a heavy manufacturing environment, with at least 5 years of leadership experience

    + In-depth knowledge of pressure vessels, structural steel, and oil & gas processing equipment

    + A strong understanding of welding, layout, and ASME/ANSI vessel and piping codes

    + Experience with Lean methodologies

    + A higher vocational welding background (preferred)

    + Proficiency in managing MRP/ERP systems (preferred but not required)

    + Experience in an ISO 9001 environment (preferred)
