MSO (Multiple Shop Operator) Business Operations Specialist

The Impact You’ll Make in this Role:

As an MSO Business Operations Specialist you will make an impact by overseeing the new customer onboarding processes for AAD’s largest end users. You will assist in project management across multiple platforms, report on key activities within our sales organization and communicate operational updates to the org.

This role will be highly cross-functional and will require prioritization, execution, and a high level of collaboration to deliver results. In collaboration with the business, end-user selling organization and the end user, you will play a critical role in driving execution with an expanding segment of the Automotive Aftermarket.

Here, you will make an impact by:

+ Centrally managing new location onboarding for identified MSOs (Multiple Shop Operators) in collaboration with internal & external stakeholders.

+ Develop, execute and streamline End User execution & reporting processes

+ Provide report training for the End User Key Account team

+ Manage & oversee tracking through Salesforce – including the use of Salesforce to drive key initiatives for priority MSOs

+ Manage & execute communication with end user and key account sales teams

+ Drive alignment with Repairstack™ to assist in overall data alignment ​across multiple systems

+ Support POS validation and customer incentive plan management for key end users

+ Provide support in managing MSO SAP ID alignment across various systems ​

+ Act as primary escalation contact for the EKAM automated platform

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution

+ Three (3) years demonstrated project management experience/acumen in a private, public, government or military environment

+ Three (3) years experience with Salesforce.com and/or another comparable CRM tool

+ Five (5) years experience with Microsoft platform (Excel, PowerBI, PowerPoint, Power Apps)

+ Automotive Aftermarket experience

Work location: United States & Canada

Travel: May include 10% travel in US and Canada

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $122,292 - $149,468, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
