    About the Role

    This is a lead/supervisory role for a Senior Production Technician to perform daily manufacturing tasks in an ISO-regulated cleanroom. The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a Line Lead, Production Lead, or Supervisor and be skilled in operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting semi-automatic and automatic equipment.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Assemble components and perform in-process quality checks

    + Complete accurate batch and manufacturing records per GDP

    + Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot filling and pouching equipment

    + Perform routine equipment maintenance and schedule calibrations

    + Assist with packaging, sterilization prep, and occasional warehouse support

    + Train production staff and report status or issues to the Production Manager

    + Support label approvals and manage specialty product claims (e.g., Organic, non-GMO)

    Requirements

    + 10+ years of cleanroom manufacturing experience

    + Strong knowledge of Good Documentation Practices (GDP)

    + Experience with production equipment operations and basic maintenance

    + Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

    + Knowledge of SOPs, ISO, GMP, HACCP, and SQF standards

    + Familiarity with PLC is a plus
