Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician responsible for ensuring the safety and maintenance of building infrastructure and manufacturing/production equipment. The role involves conducting facility inspections, managing space modifications, and performing both preventive and proactive maintenance tasks to enhance reliability and compliance.
Responsibilities
+ Maintain and ensure the safety of building infrastructure and manufacturing/production equipment.
+ Conduct repair, maintenance, installation, and enhancement of machinery and mechanical equipment.
+ Manage and coordinate building space design standards, allocations, modifications, moves, and expansions.
+ Perform facility inspections and equipment condition assessments to determine necessary modifications and improvements.
+ Conduct predictive, preventive, and proactive maintenance analyses.
+ Design and implement long-term continuous improvement applications and systems.
+ Document and report issues to ensure a safe and reliable environment.
Essential Skills
+ Experience with HVAC systems, repair, and mechanical tasks.
+ Proficiency in plumbing and electrical maintenance.
+ Strong troubleshooting skills in facilities maintenance.
+ Ability to perform service tasks such as painting, drywall, and boiler maintenance.
+ Knowledge of EPA regulations, air conditioning, and lighting systems.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in building maintenance and troubleshooting.
+ Proficiency in handling electrical, plumbing, and lighting systems.

Work Environment
The position operates on a day shift from 6:30 AM to 4:00 PM. The role involves working with various technologies and equipment, ensuring a clean and safe working environment. Dress code is casual, suitable for a hands-on technical role.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
