    Hiring Industrial Electricians!

     

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial electrical systems and equipment. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical schematics, testing equipment, and industrial automation systems.

     

    Pay & Shift

     

    $25-$35/hour

     

    2nd Shift: 3 PM - 11:30 PM

    Responsibilities

    + Read and interpret electrical wiring diagrams, blueprints, and schematics.

    + Perform diagnostic tests and calibrate electronic equipment to ensure optimal performance.

    + Utilize VOM meters, AMP meters, and other basic testing equipment proficiently.

    + Ensure all machine guards and safety devices are in place before operating equipment.

    + Troubleshoot and maintain PLCs, AC/DC drives, and motor control systems.

    + Provide and maintain personal tools common to the electrical trade.

    + Properly handle and dispose of waste materials in accordance with company and environmental regulations.

    + Immediately report any product quality concerns to Quality Assurance personnel.

    + Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.

    + Follow all safety protocols, including the use of required personal protective equipment (PPE).

    + Adhere to plant hygiene and sanitation standards to ensure product integrity.

    + Comply with all food safety, legality, and quality policies and procedures, including GMPs, food security, and plant security protocols.

    Essential Skills

    + Electrical troubleshooting

    + PLC troubleshooting

    + Strong knowledge of electrical systems, PLCs, and motor drives

    + Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics

    + Familiarity with safety standards and regulations in an industrial setting

    + Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

    + Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in electrical or industrial maintenance preferred

    + Proven experience as an industrial electrician in a manufacturing or production environment

     

    Work Environment

     

    The work environment involves adherence to safety protocols and the use of personal protective equipment. Employees are expected to maintain a clean and organized workspace while complying with food safety and quality policies. The role may require work within assigned areas unless authorized otherwise.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Clayton, Delaware.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
