Are you a hands-on problem solver with a passion for keeping systems running smoothly? We’re looking for a(Sr.) Facilities Maintenance Technician to support our growing team! In this role, you’ll work closely with the Facilities Manager to maintain and optimize our Building Automation System and ensure our production environment runs efficiently and safely. •** **Compensation & On-Call Pay Structure:
+ **Hourly Pay Range:** $30.00–$38.00/hour (based on experience)
+ **On-Call Pay:** Earn 1 hour of pay for each on-call shift (totaling 16 hours over a 2-week period)
+ **Effective Pay Example:** At $38.00 /hour, your total compensation with on-call pay can reach approximately $45.00/hour
+ **Call-In Pay:** If called in during an on-call shift, you’ll receive a minimum of 4 hours of pay:
+ 2 hours at time-and-a-half
+ 2 hours at straight time (even if you work less than 4 hours)
•️** **Work Schedule:
+ **Standard Hours:** Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:40 PM
+ **On-Call Rotation:** Every other week
+ **Team Collaboration:** Schedule overlaps with another Senior Maintenance Technician working 7:00 AM–3:30 PM to ensure full coverage and support
•** **What You’ll Do:
+ Perform general maintenance and repairs across our facility, including carpentry, painting, and minor construction
+ Maintain and troubleshoot HVAC systems and other production support equipment
+ Execute preventive and corrective maintenance tasks to keep operations running smoothly
+ Rotate on-call responsibilities with the team to ensure 24/7 support
+ Lead by example—share your knowledge and train other maintenance staff through hands-on and classroom sessions
+ Communicate clearly and professionally with both internal teams and external vendors
•** **What We’re Looking For:
+ **_Required:_**
+ 3+ years of facilities maintenance experience
+ Valid Class C Boiler License
+ Experience with Building Automation Systems
+ Familiarity with Preventive Maintenance Platforms
+ Strong skills in one or more trades: electrical, mechanical, carpentry, or plumbing
+ A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a focus on safety and quality
+ Ability to work independently and solve problems on the fly
+ **_Preferred:_**
+ Experience in a current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) environment
+ Experience with Siemens or Allen Bradley Building Automation Systems
+ Experience with Blue Mountain Preventative Maintenance Platform
+ Experience working in the Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Industry

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $93600.00/yr.
