We're hiring a Industrial Electrician for a premier Industrial Manufacturing Company in the Berlin NJ area.

Shift/Pay: 5 Days a week

7:00AM - 3:30PM@ Monday-Friday

Must be open to Dupont Schedule rotating every 2 weeks between days/nights (3 on 4 off, 4 on 3 off)

Pay Rate based on experience $40.00-42.00

Description:

+ Inspect, maintain, and perform preventative maintenance on all machinery and equipment.

+ Assemble and install new or repaired electrical circuits, systems, instrumentation, and equipment (motors, regulators, controllers, generators, switches, etc.).

+ Inspect electrical equipment and machinery, diagnose, repair, and document.

+ Perform electrical testing, including meggar, voltmeter, ammeter, ground locating, and other electrical tests.

+ Configure, commission, troubleshoot, and startup AC/DC Drives, PLC, HMI, and industrial lighting equipment.

+ Read, comprehend, and make basic electrical prints and mark up for electrical installations.

+ Start, stop, maintain, and help install and repair generating and power distribution equipment.

+ Dismantle and assemble electrical motors and allied equipment.

+ Install and repair electrical conduit and cable, including connections, controls, grounding, etc.

+ Make out work orders, requisitions, inspection reports, time distribution, material usage, etc.

Qualifications/Skills:

+ High School Diploma or GED

+ Electrical Journeyman certification, or 2-5+ years of verified experience as an industrial maintenance electrician

+ Ability to read and interpret documents, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and drawings

+ Ability to write routine reports and correspondence

Work Environment:

+ Manufacturing environment

+ Not climate controlled

+ Can be hot or humid

+ Surfaces can be wet, dusty, and uneven

+ High noise levels, vibration, and/or fumes

+ PPE required: Steel Toes, Ear Protection, Eye Protection, Gloves, and Head Protection in certain areas

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.83 - $40.83/hr.
