Field Service Technician Needed

Job Description** **:

+ Communicate effectively with customers to resolve compressed air issues

+ Maintain up-to-date information related to compressor technology and diagnostic abilities to ensure customer satisfaction

+ Ability to learn how to assemble and disassemble compressors; to fully understand repair issues

+ Understand and abide by safety procedures and policies

+ Ability to quickly resource information/individuals when needing assistance to complete service calls

+ Work effectively with customers to ensure call meets/exceeds customer expectations. Willing to go the “extra mile” to exceed customer expectations

+ Other duties as assigned by supervisor or management

Qualifications:

+ 3+ years' experience of repair or maintenance (automotive, diesel, machinery, etc...)

+ Experience as field service technician a plus

+ Experience or training in compressed air mechanics a plus

+ Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure or deadlines

+ Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Skills** **:

+ Hydraulics / Pneumatics / Mechanical

+ Troubleshooting / Repair

+ HVAC / PMs / Installation (Nice to haves, not required)
