Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining all machinery within a bottling and packaging environment. The facility is fully automated with PLCs, utilizing systems such as Allen Bradley and Siemens. The role involves overseeing five production lines and requires troubleshooting and maintenance during machine changeovers. Equipment includes packagers, fillers, cappers, labelers, mixers, de-palletizers, palletizers, conveyors, motors, and coolers.

Responsibilities

+ Maintain and troubleshoot all machinery within the bottling and packaging environment.

+ Perform maintenance tasks during machine changeovers.

+ Operate and maintain automated systems using Allen Bradley and Siemens PLCs.

+ Ensure efficient operation of various machines, including packagers, fillers, cappers, labelers, mixers, de-palletizers, palletizers, conveyors, motors, and coolers.

Essential Skills

+ Hands-on experience with 480v Electrical Mechanical systems in a high-speed beverage facility.

+ Proficiency in working with fillers, coolers, packagers, conveyors, motors, gearboxes, AC/DC motors, and 3-phase motors.

+ Experience with industrial manufacturing maintenance (4-5 years required).

+ Electrical and maintenance expertise.

+ Knowledge of ammonia refrigeration, air compressors, and boiler systems.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ 5 years of hands-on electrical mechanical experience in the high-speed beverage industry.

+ Experience with Krones Fillers, Krones Labelers Contiroll, KHS Packers, Apolo Spirals, and Benvco Fillers is a plus.

+ Experience with infrastructure systems such as steam boilers, air compressors, and ammonia is advantageous.

+ Leadership experience as a lead or supervisor encouraged.

Work Environment

The facility is clean and partially climate-controlled, operating as a GMP facility. Employees are required to wear hair nets, beard nets, and ear plugs at all times.

This is a Permanent position based out of Fort Worth, Texas.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $76960.00 - $83200.00/yr.
