    **Job Type:** Full-Time | Paid Weekly

    Are you mechanically inclined and eager to learn? Whether you're experienced or new to the industry, we’re hiring Diesel Mechanics across multiple shifts. We offer hands-on training, a supportive team environment, and opportunities to grow into a seasoned technician.

     

    •** **Available Shifts:

    + **1st Shift** : 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Monday–Friday)

    + _Includes every 3rd Saturday of the month_

    + **1st Shift** : 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM ((Tuesday–Saturday):

    + _Includes a $3/hour shift differential_

    + **2nd Shift:** 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM (Monday–Friday)

    + _Includes every 3rd Saturday of the month_

    + **3rd Shift:** 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM (Sunday–Thursday)

    •** **What You’ll Do:

    + Troubleshoot and repair diesel engines and heavy-duty equipment

    + Perform preventative maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems

    + Service brakes, hydraulics, tires, and engines

    + Conduct diagnostic testing and assist with fabrication tasks

    + Perform lube tech duties including greasing and fluid checks

    + Ensure safe operation of Peterbilt and other fleet vehicles

    •** **What We’re Looking For:

    Essential Skills:

    + Experience with diesel engines and mechanical troubleshooting

    + Basic electrical and hydraulic repair knowledge

    + Ability to perform diagnostic testing and light fabrication

    + Willingness to learn and grow into a sr. mechanic role

    Bonus if you have:

    + Previous experience in a shop or fleet maintenance setting

    + Certifications or formal training (not required – we’ll train the right person!)
