Job Description

Join our team at a brand new plant specializing in concrete pavers, which has been operational for just one year. We are looking for an experienced industrial electrician to troubleshoot and repair a variety of equipment, including conveyors controlled by Siemens Controls, photo eyes, sensors, VFDs, and concrete mixing equipment. The role also involves working with pneumatics and hydraulics systems.

Responsibilities

+ Troubleshoot and repair conveyors auto controlled by Siemens Controls.

+ Troubleshoot and repair photo eyes, sensors, and VFDs.

+ Troubleshoot and repair concrete mixing equipment.

+ Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems.

+ Work with pneumatics and hydraulics systems.

+ Read and interpret blueprints and schematics.

+ Conduct electrical wiring and maintenance.

+ Work with 3-phase electrical systems.

Essential Skills

+ 5+ years in industrial electrical maintenance.

+ Experience with Siemens PLC Controls (preferably for automated machines and conveyors).

+ Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing PLCs.

+ Experience in an industrial manufacturing setting.

+ Experience with photo eyes, sensors, and VFDs.

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.

+ Experience with pneumatics and hydraulics.

+ Must have own tools.

Work Environment

This is a brand new facility for concrete pavers that uses state-of-the-art equipment. While the environment can be dirty, you will be working with advanced technology. The position requires flexibility to work overtime, and the standard shift is from 5am to 3pm, with most days extending to 6:30pm if production requires repair.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $62000.00 - $84000.00/yr.
