Job Title: Commercial HVAC Technician $25-35/hr (Weekly Pay)

Job Description

We are seeking skilled Commercial HVAC Technicians to join our team. You will be responsible for servicing HVAC equipment in commercial settings, with an average travel time of 90 minutes to various sites. A company vehicle will be provided for your convenience.

Responsibilities

+ Install and service commercial and industrial HVAC systems.

+ Troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctions with HVAC and building automation systems.

+ Repair issues efficiently and effectively.

+ Read and interpret blueprints during new build projects.

+ Interact with clients and subcontractors on a daily basis.

Essential Skills

+ Minimum of 3 years of HVAC service and installation experience, with a strong preference for commercial experience.

+ Experience diagnosing and working on centrifugal chillers, split systems, boilers, pumps, air handler units, piping, heat exchangers, and associated equipment.

+ Proficiency with commercial rooftop units, boilers, and chillers.

+ Experience with building automation systems (BAS).

+ Ability to braze copper and fuse plastic piping.

+ EPA Universal Certification.

+ Comfortability in client-facing roles and servicing client sites.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ OSHA Certified

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.

+ Proficiency with hand and power tools.

+ Customer service-oriented mindset.

Work Environment

This is a hands-on, active work environment both indoors and outdoors. Technicians must be comfortable bending, kneeling, standing, and walking throughout the shift, as well as working on ladders, in semi-confined spaces, and lifting 50-75 lbs regularly. You will work on live, functioning client sites, both independently and as part of a team. A company vehicle is provided for travel.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
