    Residential HVAC Installer – $22–$28/hour

    We’re hiring experienced Residential HVAC Installers to join our growing team in Lancaster, PA. If you have at least 2 years of residential HVAC experience and are looking for a company that values your skills and offers room to grow, we want to hear from you.

    What You’ll Do:

    + Install and service residential HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps

    + Perform ductwork installation and modifications

    + Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues

    + Communicate clearly with homeowners and team members

    + Ensure all work meets safety and code standards

    What You Bring

    + Minimum 2 years of residential HVAC installation or service experience
