Responsibilities

+ Prepare surfaces by caulking and prepping before painting.

+ Utilize roller techniques for effective paint application.

+ Perform paint spraying using an airless sprayer.

+ Cut-in and roll paint efficiently.

+ Ensure site preparation for painting tasks.

Essential Skills

+ Proven experience in commercial painting.

+ Proficiency in paint prep and caulking.

+ Ability to use airless sprayers and spray guns.

+ Experience in rolling and cutting in.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Spray experience is a plus.

+ Must have own tools and reliable transportation.

Work Environment

Work involves painting commercial and large multiunit complexes with teams of 5-10 painters. Typical hours are from 6AM-2:30PM or 7AM-3:30PM. Painters are required to wear whites and full PPE, including hard hats, high visibility vests, work boots, and safety glasses.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
