Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Join an innovative company specializing in mobile shelving systems, art rack storage, and locker solutions. As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in preventative maintenance and repairs on plant equipment, contributing to the company's expansion into various industries including marijuana storage solutions.

Responsibilities

+ Perform preventative maintenance on plant equipment such as lasers, brake presses, paint lines, assembly lines, and manual machines.

+ Conduct mechanical repairs and minor electrical repairs on plant equipment.

+ Handle basic facilities maintenance tasks.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.

+ Experience in industrial maintenance with a focus on hydraulics and pneumatics.

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

+ At least 1 year of maintenance experience in an industrial setting or a 2-year maintenance degree.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Desirable experience in a variety of industries such as government, military, commercial, marijuana, and sports.

Work Environment

Work in a larger, well-lit, and clean facility alongside over 200 employees. The 2nd shift schedule is Monday to Thursday from 2pm to midnight, with occasional Fridays and Thursdays if needed.

This is a Permanent position based out of Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $60000.00/yr.
