    Job Title: Maintenance Technician $25-30/hr

    Job Description

    Perform routine inspections, tests, and preventive maintenance on facility equipment, including HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, lighting, and machinery. Identify potential issues before they escalate and schedule preventive maintenance activities. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within the facility. Respond to maintenance requests promptly to minimize downtime and ensure equipment operates efficiently.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform routine inspections, tests, and preventive maintenance on facility equipment, including HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, lighting, and machinery.

    + Identify potential issues before they escalate and schedule preventive maintenance activities.

    + Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within the facility.

    + Respond to maintenance requests promptly to minimize downtime and ensure equipment operates efficiently.

    + Maintain the physical integrity of the building, including performing basic carpentry, painting, and general facility repairs.

    + Solid knowledge of HVAC systems, boiler systems, and software.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $54080.00 - $60320.00/yr.
