Job Title: Avionic Technician
Job Description
We are seeking skilled Avionic Technicians to join our team and contribute to our contract with a leading aerospace company. The role involves performing avionics installations and wire harness fabrication.
Responsibilities
+ Perform avionics installations and wire harness fabrication.
+ Troubleshoot and maintain avionics systems.
+ Conduct repairs on transponders, nav, comm, radar, and DME.
+ Work primarily on AW139 helicopters.
+ Adhere to all safety and quality standards.
Essential Skills
+ 3+ years of experience in avionics.
+ Proficiency in troubleshooting, maintenance, and installation of avionics systems.
+ Experience with helicopters is advantageous.
+ Willingness to work overtime.
+ Possession of basic personal tools.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with Garmin, Honeywell, or Collins avionics is a plus.
+ Previous experience in corporate, commercial, or military aviation with FAA exposure is preferred.
+ Familiarity with repair stations, maintenance, and overhaul practices.

Work Environment
The work environment is based in a state-of-the-art MRO facility and Completion Center, specializing in maintenance, repair, overhaul, and installation support. The facility operates next to AWI's main production plant and offers a professional setting with a focus on safety and quality.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bensalem, Pennsylvania.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00/hr.
