    Job Title: Assembler

    Job Description

    Join a dynamic team of two as an electronic assembler. You will utilize a soldering iron and interpret blueprints and schematics to effectively assemble components.

    Responsibilities

    + Assemble electronic components using soldering iron and hand tools.

    + Interpret and work from blueprints and schematics.

    + Utilize digital volt meters and flow meters for assembly tasks.

    + Perform mechanical assembly using hand and power tools.

    + Conduct repairs both over the phone and in the shop, interacting directly with customers.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in soldering and electronic assembly.

    + Ability to interpret blueprints and schematics.

    + Experience with hand tools and mechanical assembly.

    + At least 2 years of technical schooling.

    + 6+ months experience working with hand tools.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with mechanical and electrical systems.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel for maintaining spreadsheets.

    + Experience with shipping processes is a plus.

    To be considered for a position as an Assembly Technician the candidate must provide detailed information on their resume which outlines specific experience in the following areas:

    + Mechanical Assembly (assembly of instruments or machines of a technical nature with moving parts)

    + Use of hand tools

    + Troubleshooting:

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr.
