    Job Title: Production Technician

    Job Description

    As a Production Technician, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing, assembly, and packaging of BioProcess Containers within a clean room environment. You will be expected to follow Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instruction Documents, and blueprints or drawings related to assembly, materials handling, equipment operation, and packaging of finished goods.

    Responsibilities

    + Manufacture, assemble, and package BioProcess Containers in a clean room environment.

    + Follow Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instruction Documents, and blueprints or drawings.

    + Adhere to Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).

    + Operate equipment and handle materials according to guidelines.

    + Participate in a fast-paced team environment.

    Essential Skills

    + Production experience (preferred but not required).

    + Computer knowledge to log into systems for training modules.

    + Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

    + Good verbal and written communication skills.

    + Ability to follow complex procedures.

    + Adherence to Good Manufacturing Principles.

    + Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + High School Diploma or equivalent.

    + Experience in production, assembly, warehouse, and order picking roles.

    Work Environment

     

    Work in a fast-paced, controlled cleanroom environment for up to 10 hours a day with potential for overtime. The cleanroom maintains a humidity level greater than 30% and a temperature between 60 and 70 degrees. Expect some ambient noise and specific gowning requirements, including gloves, hair and beard net, face cover, and safety glasses, with restrictions on makeup and jewelry. The role involves forceful gripping, grasping, pushing, pulling, and repetitive motions. Use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is necessary, along with an understanding of chemical hygiene related to common disinfectants, solvents, and Isopropyl Alcohol. You must be able to stand, move, reach, bend, stoop, and grasp throughout the shift and occasionally lift up to 40 pounds unassisted.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of LEBANON, TN.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $21.28/hr.
