Production Line Worker

Job Description

Join a leading manufacturer of aerosol cans, specializing in products for home care, automotive, and repellents. As a production line worker, you will play a crucial role in the operation and maintenance of production equipment, ensuring the highest quality standards for products used by top companies in the industry.

Responsibilities

+ Operate production equipment such as aerosol filling machines, labelers, and conveyor systems.

+ Conduct visual inspections and quality checks on products.

+ Monitor and manage raw materials needed for production, including aerosol cans, valves, tips, caps, and shipping cartons.

+ Maintain accurate production records.

Essential Skills

+ General production and manufacturing operations experience.

+ At least 6 months of manufacturing experience.

+ Assembly and production line knowledge.

+ Machine operation and inspection skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.

+ Strong attention to detail.

+ Capability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

+ Flexibility to stand, bend, and walk for 95% of the day.

Work Environment

Work in a climate-controlled facility with the following shifts available: 1st Shift M-F 5:30 am-2:30/3:30 pm and 2nd Shift M-TH 2:30 pm-1 am with a $2 shift premium. Overtime may be required depending on production needs.

This is a Permanent position based out of Edgerton, Wisconsin.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $34320.00 - $38480.00/yr.
