Working with a manufacturing and distribution company in the Pensacola area that is seeking qualified Machine Operators for 2nd Shift!!!

Job Description

The candidate will be responsible for providing maintenance and troubleshooting malfunctioning equipment to keep operations online and on schedule.

Responsibilities

+ Set up, operate, and clean production equipment and work area according to Standard Work and training.

+ Operate heavy machinery and designated equipment such as roll forming, press operation, milling, manufacturing fabrication, welding, cutting, routing, molding, and extrusion.

+ Manufacture products and components according to product specifications, drawings, BOMs, work orders, and run schedules.

+ Produce products that meet quality, rate, and scrap standards.

+ Complete required paperwork and labels accurately and consistently.

+ Maintain work area in accordance with 5S principles.

+ Verify product specification and quality through inspection, observation, and measuring work pieces.

+ Adjust machine and equipment performance to meet product specifications and quality standards.

Essential Skills

+ Machine operating experience

+ Lockout/Tagout (LoTo) experience

+ Machine troubleshooting

+ Quality assurance experience

+ Great math skills

+ Attention to detail

Schedule:

2nd Shift: 4:30PM-2:30AM, Monday-Thursday, must be open to overtime on Fridays

***Averaging closer to 50-60 hours a week due to production level.

Pay:

$19 hr. ,with opportunity for pay increases within first 6 months

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.50/hr.
