    Job Title: CNC Machinist

    Job Description

    We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over three years of experience in CNC Mill Lathe operations, setup, and blueprint reading. This role involves setting up and operating various machines to fabricate metallic and nonmetallic parts, ensuring precision and quality in all aspects of production.

    Responsibilities

    + Set up and operate conventional, special-purpose, and numerical control machines and machining centers.

    + Fabricate metallic and nonmetallic parts and assemble machined parts into complete units.

    + Study blueprints, sketches, drawings, manuals, specifications, or sample parts to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished workpieces.

    + Select, align, and secure holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, and materials on machines.

    + Calculate and set controls to regulate machining factors, such as speed, feed, coolant flow, and depth and angle of cut.

    + Verify conformance of finished workpieces to specifications using precision measuring instruments.

    + Fit and assemble parts into complete assemblies using jigs, fixtures, surface plates, surface tables, and hand/power tools.

    + Verify dimensions and alignment of assemblies using measuring instruments like micrometers, height gauges, and gauge blocks.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Mechanical knowledge of machines and tools, including their design, use, repair, and maintenance.

    + Knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing manufacturing efficiency.

    + 1-5 years of CNC machining experience required.

    This is a Permanent position based out of Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $55000.00 - $60000.00/yr.

    Health Reimbursement: BRI (Benefit Resource Inspire) Company will reimburse 50% of each amt the employee pays toward their medical deductible. $2,000 max.
