    **Details** : This position involves the maintenance, repair, and optimization of industrial machinery and heavy equipment to ensure smooth and efficient operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with a range of mechanical systems and equipment, strong troubleshooting abilities, and a commitment to safety and quality.

    Job Responsibilities:

    + Perform routine and preventive maintenance on industrial machinery, heavy equipment, and related systems in two general buildings.

    + Work with equipment such as hydraulic presses, welding machines, automated saws, air systems, lathes (CNC & manual), pneumatic equipment, and water jet machines.

    + Diagnose mechanical issues and implement effective repair solutions.

    + Replace defective parts, including gears, bearings, and other components.

    + Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues before they result in equipment failure.

    + Use diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot mechanical problems and develop appropriate repair strategies.

    + Install new machinery and equipment, ensuring proper setup and calibration for optimal performance.

    + Adjust and fine-tune equipment settings based on operational requirements.

    + Maintain detailed records of maintenance and repair activities, including parts used and time spent.

    + Prepare reports on equipment status and provide recommendations for improvements or upgrades.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $66650.00/yr.
