Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated 2nd Shift Maintenance Technician for a job shop that specializes in metal products. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for both reactive and proactive maintenance, as well as facilities and grounds upkeep. You will work with equipment such as laser cutters, break presses, punch machines, robotic welders, benders, stamping presses, and lifts.
Responsibilities
+ Perform reactive and proactive maintenance on various machinery and equipment.
+ Conduct facilities and grounds maintenance as needed.
+ Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
+ Ensure all machinery, including laser cutters, break presses, punch machines, robotic welders, benders, stamping presses, and lifts, are functioning properly.
Essential Skills
+ Experience in electrical industrial maintenance, specifically with 480v, 3-phase, electrical cabinets, and circuits.
+ Mechanical industrial maintenance expertise, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and bearings.
+ Strong troubleshooting skills in maintenance technician roles.
+ Ability to work well within a team setting.
Work Environment
The position is for **2nd Shift, operating from 3pm to 11pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays and voluntary overtime.** Work in a facility equipped with advanced machinery and tools, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of **Marion, Indiana**
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $29.00/hr.
