    Job Title: Painter Foreman

    Job Description

    We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Painter Foreman to lead departments of our commercial painting team. The Painter Foreman will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of painting projects, ensuring high standards of quality and safety are met. This role involves coordinating with clients, managing painters, and maintaining schedules to deliver projects on time and within budget.

    Responsibilities

    + Supervise and manage a team of painters.

    + Plan and schedule painting projects.

    + Ensure all work is completed to a high standard of quality and within deadlines.

    + Inspect surfaces to determine the type and amount of preparation required.

    + Provide guidance and training to team members.

    + Manage inventory of materials and equipment.

    + Coordinate with clients and project managers to meet their requirements.

    + Enforce safety protocols and guidelines.

    + Perform quality control checks and address any issues that arise.

    + Maintain detailed records of project progress and materials used.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00/hr.
