• What You’ll Do:

• Oversee daily operations of Service Techs to ensure efficiency and profitability

• Diagnose and solve HVAC, hydronic, piping, and control issues

• Conduct customer follow-ups to maintain 100% satisfaction

• Provide senior technical support and mentorship to fellow Service Techs

• Attend job site and office meetings, proactively addressing concerns

• Handle documentation, tool/equipment requests, and revisions for projects

• Be **dependable** and **ready for emergency calls** when needed

• Perform other essential duties to support our high-quality standards

• **What We’re Looking For:**

• **3+ years of Commercial HVAC experience**

• Strong knowledge of HVAC installation, service, and construction

• Expertise in reading and interpreting **blueprints**

• Excellent communication skills to work effectively with teams and customers

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $42.00/hr.
