    Job Description

    We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as Clean Room Assemblers. The role involves using hand and power tools to assemble components that are part of a larger assembly. The ideal candidate will be able to identify and locate the correct parts necessary for assembly and efficiently assemble products while following prescribed methods and procedures.

    Responsibilities

    + Use pneumatic, electric, hand, and power tools to assemble products.

    + Maintain an accurate inventory of parts specific to the work area.

    + Follow and adhere to all safety, quality, and company policies and procedures.

    + Enter data into computer systems and fill out completed forms accurately.

    + Crimp cords and perform point-to-point wiring.

    + Use a wrench and torque gun for assembly tasks.

    + Follow work instructions and interpret blueprints accurately.

    + Assemble components using nuts and bolts.

    + Work independently and as a team member to identify, improve, troubleshoot, and take ownership of results for the machine or process you are responsible for.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficient in mechanical assembly.

    + Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

    + Experience with hand and power tools.

    + Ability to use a tape measure accurately.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in manufacturing and production environments.

    + Familiarity with electrical assembly, schematics, and wiring.

    + Skills in soldering and inspection using a microscope.

    + Ability to lift and handle items weighing 50+ lbs.

    Work Environment

     

    The position is based in a climate-controlled manufacturing environment. Work hours are Monday through Thursday with 10-hour shifts. First shift runs from 6:00 am to 4:30 pm, and the second shift operates from 4:00 pm to 1:30 am.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Greenville, South Carolina.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr.
