Job Title: Assembler Lead
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced** **Assembly Lead** **to oversee assembly operations, ensure product quality, and drive efficiency on the production floor. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands-on experience in assembly processes, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and production excellence.
**Leadership & Supervision:** Manage and guide assembly team members, ensuring optimal workflow and productivity.
**Quality Assurance:** Conduct inspections and enforce quality control standards to maintain product integrity.
**Training & Development:** Provide hands-on training to assembly staff, fostering skill development and adherence to best practices.
**Troubleshooting & Problem-Solving:** Identify and resolve operational challenges to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
**Safety & Compliance:** Maintain a safe work environment by ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.
**Equipment Monitoring:** Oversee the operation and maintenance of assembly line equipment, reporting any malfunctions.
**Production Coordination:** Plan and manage schedules to meet production targets and optimize resource allocation.

**Collaboration:** Work closely with other departments, including logistics, quality control, and maintenance, to streamline operations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
+ **Experience:** in assembly operations or related fields.
+ **Skills:** Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
+ **Technical Proficiency:** Familiarity with assembly equipment, safety protocols, and production workflows.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.76 - $26.76/hr.
