Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Associate
**Location:** Inver Grove Heights, MN
**Job Type:** Contract-to-Hire (6-Month Duration)
**Pay:** $20.00 – $21.00 per hour (based on experience) | Paid Weekly

Are you a detail-oriented, hands-on individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for reliable Shipping & Receiving Warehouse Associate to join our team and help us deliver excellence to our customers every day.
•** **Available Shifts (Monday–Friday):
+ **Second Shift Hours:** 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
•** **What You’ll Do:
+ Process shipments using ERP systems or tablets
+ Pick, pack, and palletize products for delivery
+ Ensure all shipments meet quality and packaging standards
+ Receive and stock incoming inventory
+ Create and apply shipping documents (labels, packing lists, BOLs)
+ Maintain a clean and organized workspace
+ Operate forklifts and cherry pickers (training provided if needed)
+ Support other warehouse tasks as needed
•** **What We’re Looking For:
_Required:_
+ Comfortable working at heights
+ Basic computer skills
+ 6+ months of forklift experience (stand-up or reach truck required)
+ Strong attention to detail and ability to read/write accurately
_Preferred:_
+ Experience with UPS/FedEx shipping software
+ Familiarity with ERP systems
+ Experience operating a cherry picker
+ Previous warehouse lead or supervisory experience

•️** **Physical Requirements:
+ Regular standing, walking, and lifting (up to 50 lbs. unassisted)
+ Occasional sitting and use of large equipment
+ Must be able to push, pull, and carry materials as needed

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
