    Paying $22.00 / HR to $25.00 / HR

    Responsibilities:

    + Hand soldering of various components to circuit board surface.

    + Using drawings to identify correct layout and placement of components, correct soldering method, and executing hand soldering in surface mount and thru-hole techniques.

    + Will be certified by IPC 610 level 1-3 standards. Could include basic testing of components from the selective soldering machine to ensure quality.

    + Work with Inspectors and QA to fix defect issues of continuity and solder joints

    Qualifications:

    + Must have surface mount and thru-hole soldering experience on components, not just wiring.

    + Ability to read and interpret drawings to identify components and basic electric circuitry.

    + Production manufacturing, electronics, team oriented, fast paced. Family owned business.

    + Full-service electronics manufacturing services company, providing prototype and full-turnkey production services for a wide range of customers.

    + The company is a quick-turn, high-mix provider to customers across the U.S. in the medical, defense, aerospace, unmanned systems, industrial and instrumentation sectors.

    + Multiple cultures and languages.

    + Day Shift: 5:00am - 3:30pm, Monday to Thursday.

    + 5-8 hours of OT on Friday's.

    The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
