    Job Title: Maintenance Technician

    Job Description

    As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, installing, aligning, dismantling, and repairing industrial machinery and equipment. Your role will involve conducting routine and preventative maintenance to maximize uptime, reacting promptly to breakdowns, and resolving issues efficiently. You will monitor, track, and improve key performance indicators while adhering to safety and environmental guidelines and maintaining a clean workspace.

    Responsibilities

    + Troubleshoot, install, align, dismantle, and repair industrial machinery and equipment.

    + Conduct routine and preventative maintenance to maximize uptime.

    + React promptly to breakdowns, communicate effectively, and resolve issues efficiently.

    + Monitor, track, and improve key performance indicators.

    + Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and manuals.

    + Collaborate across departments to identify and prioritize maintenance needs.

    + Provide technical support to ensure seamless daily operations.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in electrical work and troubleshooting.

    + Strong understanding of maintenance technician duties.

    + Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and manuals.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in **industrial** maintenance roles.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nashville, Tennessee.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $30.00/hr.
