Job Description
The technician will be responsible for troubleshooting issues on machinery, performing repairs, and scheduling maintenance work for all equipment.
Responsibilities
+ Analyze and diagnose equipment problems and breakdowns.
+ Recommend correct service and repair actions to resolve equipment performance issues.
+ Make appropriate equipment repairs and modifications to solve operating and performance problems.
+ Perform scheduled maintenance on equipment.
+ Follow all scheduled maintenance procedures and policies as dictated by the company.
Essential Skills
+ **Electrical troubleshooting**
+ Mechanical aptitude
+ Pneumatics
+ Maintenance technician experience
+ Repair skills
+ Schematic and blueprint reading
+ **PLC troubleshooting**
+ **3 phase e** lectrical systems
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with Paradigm 700 label applicators
+ Experience with Pacesetter PS125 Bag Sealer
+ Experience with Adco Box former
+ Experience with Preferred Packaging accumulating turn table
+ Experience with Little case formers
+ Experience with Markem Image print and apply glue machine
+ Experience with Lantech stretch wrapper
+ Experience with side seal shrink wrapper and heat tunnel
+ Experience with 3M case taper
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $42.00/hr.
