Entry-Level Assembler – Weekly Pay

We’re hiring **Entry-Level Assemblers** to join our growing production team. In this role, you’ll help build high-quality products through assembly, fabrication, and finishing processes. No experience? No problem—we provide full training!

Job Type & Location

This is a **Contract-to-Hire** position based in **Chatfield, Minnesota** .

What You’ll Do

+ **Assemble and fabricate** panels and components using adhesives and hand tools.

+ **Operate power tools and machinery** to trim, drill, and finish products.

+ **Apply coatings, paint, and grit** to meet product specifications.

+ **Palletize and package** finished goods for shipment.

+ **Read and follow work orders** to ensure accuracy and quality.

Work Environment

+ **Physical Requirements** : Constant standing, moderate to heavy lifting (20–50 lbs), and bending.

+ **Exposure** : Noise, dust, fiberglass, and resin chemicals (you won’t handle these directly).

+ **Team Structure** : 5 people per cell; 1st shift – 45 people, 2nd shift – 45 people, 3rd shift – 35 people.

+ **Protective Gear** : Safety glasses, steel-toed boots, and hearing protection required.

+ **Recommended Attire** : Jeans and long sleeves due to fiberglass exposure.

Shift Hours

+ **Assembly & Pultrusion** :

+ 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

+ 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

+ 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

+ **Overtime** : May be required and will be discussed with your supervisor.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
