Warehouse Supervisor – Lead Operations in a Fast-Paced Environment!

• **Your Responsibilities:**

• Supervise and coordinate **receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping** operations

• Ensure strict **compliance** with **FDA, HACCP, and SQF food safety regulations**

• Monitor **inventory levels** and conduct regular **cycle counts**

• Train, coach, and evaluate **warehouse staff** to maintain high performance

• Maintain **warehouse cleanliness and organization** in line with sanitation guidelines

• Work closely with **logistics, procurement, and production teams** to fulfill orders on time

• Strong **leadership skills** with experience managing warehouse teams

• Ability to work **independently and productively with minimal supervision**

• **Previous food production experience** preferred

• **Bilingual skills** are a plus

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $68000.00 - $82000.00/yr.
