SHIFTS & SCHEDULE

**TWO Available Shifts** :

+ Days 7:00AM – 7:00 PM

+ Nights 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

**Schedule** : 2-2-3 rotating schedule _(every other weekend is a 3-day weekend)_

+ Alternate weekly hours, working 48hrs one week, and 36 hours the next **_**getting_** **_16hrs of OT pay_** **_per month**_**

+ The 2-2-3 schedule means you will work 2 days, have 2 days off, work 3 days, then alternate _(will be working every other weekend)_

Hourly Pay** **:** **$18.00/hr.

**_**_** _With overtime you’ll be making close to_ **_$3,200 a month_** _!!**_

Job Description** **:

As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our production lines, maintaining product quality, and adhering to safety standards. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities** **:

+ Operate basic hand tools and power tools to cut conduit as it progresses along the line.

+ Wrap the final product _(various cables)_ around the cable reel neatly and evenly.

+ Ensure product quality by conducting regular inspections and tests.

+ Assist with the setup and changeover of production lines as needed.

+ Verify packaging and labeling accuracy before the product proceeds to final inspection.

+ Receive on-the-job training, where we will teach you how to operate downstream equipment, including extruders, cutters, and pullers.

+ Maintain accurate production records and report any issues to supervisors.

+ If you take initiative & ask questions, have a strong work ethic, and prove you’re reliable, there is opportunity to quickly move into line Stream Operator position with a pay increase.

+ **_Qualifications_** **:**

+ Punctuality – must be able to show up on-time

+ Reliable – in your first 90-days of employment you are required to be at work every day unless you have pre-planned time off, or a serious emergency or illness

+ Mechanical Aptitude – comfortable using basic hand and power tools _(drills, screwdrivers, wire cutters, saws, etc.)_

+ Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is **_preferred_** _but_ **_not required_**

+ **MUST** be comfortable working around machinery in a production/manufacturing environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
