    Job Title: General Production Worker

    Job Description

    Join a thriving team dedicated to manufacturing high-quality twisted wire brushes, medical brushes, cosmetic brushes, and gun-blazing brushes. As a production associate, you will be part of a company known for its innovation in the cosmetic industry, including inventing the mascara brush. Experience growth and opportunity as you train in both manual assembly and automated machine operation.

    Responsibilities

    + Load machines with material for threading

    + Fill and assemble orders based on customer specifications

    + Cross-train in both manual and automated production areas

    + Work flexible hours, including overtime until 1am if necessary

    Essential Skills

    + Consistent work history

    + Reliability

    + Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment

    + Ability to lift up to 30 lbs

    + Effective communication skills

    + Ability to move around the production floor, sit or stand for an entire shift

    + High School Diploma or GED

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in retail, machine operation, customer service, food & beverage, electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics, repair, preventive maintenance, schematic

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Palmer, Massachusetts.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
