Assembly Lead

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assembly Lead to oversee our assembly line operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing and leadership, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Supervise Assembly Line Operations: Manage daily activities of the assembly line to ensure production targets are met efficiently and accurately.

+ Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.

+ Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate a team of assemblers, providing guidance and support to optimize performance.

+ Training and Development: Train new employees on assembly procedures and safety protocols.

+ Process Improvement: Collaborate with engineers and other departments to identify and implement process improvements.

+ Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure the availability of necessary components.

+ Safety Compliance: Ensure all team members adhere to safety regulations and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

+ Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on production metrics, quality issues, and team performance.

+ Proficiency with assembly tools and machinery.

Pay:

$26-31/hr.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $32.00/hr.
