Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manufacturing Operations Manager to oversee Production, Quality, and Engineering departments. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring top quality, on-time product deliveries to customers, efficient job processing on the shop floor, proper staffing, training of operators, and risk reduction. This role demands a proactive, hands-on person with a strong background in metal fabrication, manufacturing, and people management.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of experience in an manufacturing/operations/plant management role in a metal fabrication or similar industrial environment.

• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, process improvement, and production scheduling.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

• Demonstrated ability to manage and train a diverse team.

• Proficiency in risk management and compliance procedures.

• Experience in implementing new systems and processes

The pay range for this position is $105000.00 - $143500.00/yr.
