    Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician

    Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our property management and maintenance team, servicing a 300-unit apartment portfolio in West Los Angeles. The technician will be responsible for handling daily maintenance requests, troubleshooting issues, and executing repairs.

    Responsibilities

    + Respond to tenant maintenance requests, troubleshooting and repairing issues.

    + Conduct preventative maintenance on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances.

    + Repair or replace garbage disposals, faucets, sinks, toilets, showers, and drains.

    + Diagnose and repair wall heaters, water heaters, and HVAC units.

    + Address electrical concerns, such as switches, outlets, circuit breakers, and light fixtures.

    + Handle minor drywall repairs and painting touch-ups as needed.

    + Repair locks, door handles, and window mechanisms.

    + Respond to after-hours emergency maintenance calls as needed.

    The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $80000.00/yr.
