    We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Clinical Social Worker to provide direct and indirect services for patients, families, and community members. In this role, you will assist the Behavioral Health Services Coordinator of Social Work in planning and developing programs for specific service populations.

    Responsibilities

    + Provide direct and indirect services to patients, families, and community members.

    + Assist in program planning and development for specific service populations.

    + Coordinate with families and conduct evaluations.

    + Engage in discharge planning and chart reviews.

    + Support social service initiatives and behavioral health programs.

    Essential Skills

    + Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited school.

    + Certified Clinical Social Worker (CCSW) certification.

    + Graduate Social Worker (LGSW) certification.

    + CPR - AHA Healthcare Provider certification.

    + Proficiency in discharge planning and social work.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Novice knowledge of basic keyboarding and computer functions.

    + Minimal knowledge in software, hardware, or information systems.

    + Good communication skills and positive customer relations.

    + Critical analysis and effective organizational skills.

    + Comfortable working independently and ability to effect change.

    + CJIS Fingerprint clearance.

    Work Environment

    The position will be based on the clinic side, rather than in the hospital. Employees can enjoy paid time off while on contract, as well as paid holidays. The work environment is supportive and offers opportunities for professional growth.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $75000.00/yr.
