    Job Description

    We are seeking skilled Heavy Equipment Operators for various civil site work locations within the Charleston area. This role offers the advantage of minimal travel requirements, allowing you to be at home every night. Candidates will be expected to operate equipment and also engage in manual labor tasks as part of a cohesive team effort.

    Responsibilities

    + Operate heavy equipment including dozers, excavators, backhoes, and graders.

    + Participate in manual labor tasks such as shoveling, trench work, and loading/unloading supplies.

    + Collaborate with the team to meet project deadlines and completion dates.

    + Be flexible and willing to assist in various project areas as needed.

    Essential Skills

    + 5+ years of experience with heavy equipment operation.

    + Experience with fine grading is highly preferred.

    + GPS system experience is preferred.

    + Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude towards teamwork.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Flexible availability for overtime and possible weekend work.

    + Willingness to submit to a drug test.

    This is a Contract position based out of Charleston, South Carolina.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr.
