    The Civil Engineering Designer is responsible for the design and production of plans and project documents under the supervision of the Project Manager and Project Engineer. The role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in civil engineering design with a focus on land development. Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D is essential, and familiarity with local municipality standards is an advantage. The designer will collaborate with other design team members and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

    Responsibilities

    + Design and produce plans and project documents under supervision.

    + Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D for civil engineering design tasks.

    + Collaborate with design team members effectively.

    + Ensure designs meet local municipality standards.

    Essential Skills

    + Minimum of 2 years of experience in civil engineering design.

    + Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.

    + Experience in land development.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Familiarity with local municipality standards.

    + Experience in residential and grading projects is a bonus.

    + Local experience is highly preferred.

    Work Environment

    This position is based in an office setting with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. The company is employee-owned and has a backlog of work, providing a stable and engaging work environment.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $48.00/hr.
