Job Title: R&D Lab Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated R&D Lab Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will support scientists and engineers in developing and implementing research and development procedures and techniques. This role involves conducting laboratory tests, maintaining equipment, and assisting in prototype creation and quality control.
Responsibilities
+ Assist scientists and engineers in developing and implementing R&D procedures and techniques.
+ Perform laboratory tests, collect data, and analyze results to support research efforts.
+ Operate, maintain, and calibrate laboratory equipment, ensuring compliance with safety procedures.
+ Assist in creating prototypes and samples for new product development.
+ Conduct quality control tests and inspections to ensure products meet set standards.
+ Document and report test results, research progress, and development processes.

Work Environment
This position is primarily based in a laboratory setting with some floor testing required. The role requires the use of protective equipment.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr.
