Are you mechanically inclined and ready to launch your career in a clean, modern, and supportive environment? We’re hiring Mechanical Assemblers and Control Panel Wirers to join our expanding team in St. Charles, Illinois.

What You’ll Do

+ Read and interpret assembly drawings, blueprints, and wiring schematics

+ Assemble and wire electrical control panels with precision

+ Use hand tools (wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers) and power tools (drills, impact drivers, pneumatic torque wrenches)

+ Install pre-wired panels into control boxes

+ Terminate wiring and troubleshoot issues

+ Follow control documentation and safety procedures

What We’re Looking For

+ Experience in mechanical assembly, machine building, or automotive repair

+ Comfortable using shop equipment and hand tools

+ Basic computer skills and math proficiency (fractions, decimals)

+ Ability to follow directions and work well in a team

+ Positive attitude and eagerness to learn

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
