• Supply Chain Analyst

    Description

    + Actively investigate DMSMS of multiple products from different vendors and produce internal DMSMS Reports on a scheduled basis

    + Proactively reach out to multiple OEMs to determine Life Cycle dates and determine potential Last Time Buys

    + Produce system specific DMSMS reports for submission to Customers

    + Participate in Customer meetings as the Subject Matter Expert in DMSMS related matters

    + Perform failure analysis and predictions and make recommendations on Depot spares holdings required to meet system sustainability dates

    + Generate and present regular Failure Summary & Analysis Reports

    + Conduct GFE/CFE audits and present GFE/CFE Reports to the Customer

    + Assist in the generation of ILS related documentation and CDRLs in accordance with defined DIDs

    + Support Life Cycle Support Manager in ILS activities

    + Assist in activities relating to Technical Configuration Management including:

    + Part number creation and definition

    + Sub-Assembly BOM management and version control

    + Related data entry into the ERP system (SAP and RATS)

    + Assist the Document Configuration Manager with document control processes during times of high workload and to cover during staff absences

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    + Degree in related field or at least 5 years relevant experience

    + Aptitude in decision-making and working with numbers

    + Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

    + Ability to work concurrently on multiple tasks and projects

    + Strong interpersonal and communication skills

    + Good organizational and time management skills

    + Ability to work independently and communicate progress/problems to appropriate personnel effectively.

    + In depth knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Suite applications

    + Hands on experience with SAP and MS Access databases is highly beneficial

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $34.62 - $34.62/hr.
