    Position Overview:

    We’re looking for a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) with a passion for land development and a desire for a flexible work environment. You’ll play a key role in designing and managing projects that shape communities, while enjoying the freedom to work where you’re most productive.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Lead civil engineering design projects from concept through construction.

    + Develop site plans and design stormwater, wastewater, drainage, grading, sewer, and septic systems.

    + Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and client expectations.

    + Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams—both virtually and in person.

    + Use AutoCAD and Civil 3D to produce high-quality design documents.

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

    + Active PE license required.

    + 5+ years of experience in land development.

    + Proficient in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.

    + Strong communication and project management skills.

    + Self-motivated and comfortable working in a hybrid environment.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $125000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
