    • What You’ll Do

     

    As an Associate Food Scientist, you’ll be at the heart of product development — from concept to commercialization. You’ll work cross-functionally with culinary, marketing, quality, and operations teams to bring new products to life and continuously improve existing ones.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Assist in the formulation and development of new food and beverage products aligned with consumer trends and business goals.

    + Conduct bench-top experiments, prototype development, and sensory evaluations.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale up formulations from lab to pilot plant to full production.

    + Maintain accurate documentation of formulations, test results, and technical reports.

    + Support shelf-life studies, ingredient sourcing, and regulatory compliance.

    + Stay current on food science trends, emerging ingredients, and processing technologies.

    • What You Bring

    + Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field (Master’s a plus).

    + 0–2 years of experience in food product development, internships included.

    + Strong understanding of food chemistry, ingredient functionality, and processing techniques.

    + Hands-on lab skills and a passion for experimentation and problem-solving.

    + Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.

    + Curiosity, creativity, and a collaborative spirit.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $45.00/hr.
