    Registered Nurse

    Job Description

    As a Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality patient care in a clinical or outpatient setting. Your responsibilities will include managing patient flow, conducting health screenings, preparing patients for examinations, and collecting vital signs. You will also provide patient education, assist with treatment plans, and communicate test results and follow-up instructions. Additional duties include maintaining accurate patient records, coordinating referrals, and supporting administrative tasks as directed by healthcare providers.

    Responsibilities

    + Manage the efficient flow of patients, including screening and preparation for exams.

    + Instruct patients on the collection of samples/tests and obtain vital signs.

    + Notify patients of test results and follow-up appointments.

    + Educate patients and families on medications, treatments, and care instructions.

    + Maintain and update patient records, including documentation of labs, tests, and procedures.

    + Schedule tests and treatments, coordinate referrals, and obtain pre-authorizations as needed.

    Essential Skills

    + Strong clinical assessment and triage skills.

    + Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR).

    + Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

    + Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.

    + Experience in outpatient or ambulatory care settings.

     

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    + Licensed Registered Nurse (RN).

    + 1–2 years of nursing experience in a clinical, hospital, or specialty care environment.

    + Familiarity with EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or similar platforms.

    + Experience in a specialty area (e.g., pediatrics, internal medicine, family practice) is a plus.

    Work Environment

    This is a full-time position, typically Monday through Friday, with standard daytime hours. The role involves working closely with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $36.00/hr.
