Responsibilities:

+ Create mathematically verified solutions for packaging challenges.

+ Evaluate and select optimal materials, components, and manufacturing processes.

+ Optimize designs for assembly, maintenance, and long-term reliability.

+ Lead projects improving automation, pneumatic systems, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

+ 7+ years of mechanical engineering experience.

+ Expertise in CAD software (Autodesk Inventor, Vault, or similar).

+ Strong problem-solving skills in pneumatics, vibration analysis, FEA, and GD&T.

+ Ability to assess design risks and ensure safety compliance.

+ Experience driving innovation, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Work Environment:

+ Office-based with shop-floor interaction—troubleshooting designs, confirming processes, and collaborating hands-on.

+ Exposure to dynamic manufacturing settings, requiring safety precautions like glasses and safety-toe shoes.

+ Work on industry-leading packaging machinery, shaping the future of engineering excellence.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45.67 - $50.48/hr.
